Terms of service

1. The service

MAWU is an AI marketing service: it plans and produces content, social, SEO and campaign work for the brands in your workspace and, when you connect accounts and approve, publishes it.

2. Your account

You must be an adult able to bind your business, and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by people you invite.

3. Your responsibilities

You set the objectives, connect the accounts and approve consequential actions such as publishing and paid spend. Check work before you approve it: you are responsible for what is published under your brands and for complying with the rules of the channels you use.

Do not use MAWU for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or abusive marketing, spam, or content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend work or accounts that do.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Credits are used by work performed for you; credits reserved for work that does not complete are returned. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law or these terms say otherwise. Unpaid accounts may be paused.

5. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of your brand materials and the assets generated for you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI and channel providers. You give us the rights we need to host and process your content to provide MAWU. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other output; review it before use.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep MAWU available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they apply.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or results of campaigns, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using MAWU and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it.
